The Everconsuming: void axe
(obviously it can be any base weapon, but the name void works well with the item's properties)

base physical damage: 10-20
attack speed: 1.20


mods:
There is no limit to the number of blacksmith's whetstones that can be used on this item


The idea behind this unique is to create a weapon that can eventually become quite insane if you dump dozens of exalts worth of whetstones in to it. Some diminishing return would have to be applied to balance the item. I also think some negative modifier could be added to the item, such as "-.5% all elemental resistances per x% quality on this item" instead of a diminishing return, but I really like the concept of continuously upgrading your weapon forever

Foreboding:

Your attacks deal 1% more damage with each consecutive strike on the same target. Stacks are only lost when you hit another target. Stacks remain until the target dies.

1. Cannot be used with melee splash as it hits multiple targets, or it can since they are all hit at the same time.

2. Resonates with Resolute Technique. Can be used with crit builds, but not as effectively.

3. 1% more makes it useless in short term fights but more powerful in longer fights.
charging gloves:

increase weapon critical strike chance by 800%
on crit reduce weapon critical strike chance by 1000% for 5 secs


ethereal scepter (1 handed):
more weapon elemental dmg by 120%
cant deal phys dmg
receives 25% more dmg from elemental attacks



sort of a joke but would be funny a unique like this one

gold beacon helmet
increase item quantity by 40%
5% chance for monster to drop an extra currency material, 100% for bosses
1% chance for monsters to drop a unique, 30% for boses
cant wear a shield
monster greed aura


monster greed aura: all monsters will always target first the caster of the aura, they will olso attack/cast 60% faster and move 40% faster.

Skinshifter robes : sacrificial garb



1000 armor OR 1000 evasion
(80-100) life
15% all resistances
15% chaos resistance
Grants the ability Skinshift



Skinshift: Transforms the properties of Skinshifter robes

Form 1:
Skinshifter robe gains:
1000 armor
30% of armor added as evasion rating


Form 2:
Skinshifter robe gains:
1000 evasion rating
30% of evasion rating added as armor


This unique would swap between the two forms as the player wishes.
Having decent stats it would be a solid all around item while also
increasing the options that hybrid armor/evasion specs have

Unique chest: could be any base item
"All degeneration effects applied by you deal 25% less damage"
"All degeneration effects applied by you have the chance to strike critically"

(by strike critically, i mean once per second( or any unit of time) the degen effect will roll against your crit chance. If it succeeds, for the next one second( or unit of time) the degen effect will deal double damage, affected by crit multi as well.)

I would love to see something like this implemented perhaps to make skills like viper strike, poison arrow, and burning degeneration builds scale with crit since currently they are pretty bland.

Should be:

1. Auras reserve 25% more.

2. 25% less attack and cast speed.

3. 1% reduced maximum elemental resistances per gem socketed in this item.

That would be more balanced.
Unique shield (pure Evasion):

Big evasion bonus
X% of block chance added to dodge chance
Y% of block chance added to spelldodge chance
Cannot block
