Piety problem

Hi

Every time I approach the boss Piety the game freeze's and I'm left with this error also if I rejoin and a friend tries to put up a portal to the area when I click on portal it freezes in the loading screen and again I'm hit with this error.

Tried
-Restarting game
-Restarting PC
-New NET framework
-Re logging

Wondering if the bug has been reported and if there is a fix?

The solution I found was Reinstalling the entire game which fixed the area at the end I was hit with another bug, This is at the end door to transfer onto the next level of difficulty.
