Lag on Australian gateway last few nights

has anyone else been lagging on the Australian gateway recently? I usually get 30 ping and I've been getting spikes to 150+ constantly the last 4 nights. I'm with Optus in Melbourne. I've checked pings with other games and they are fine, Still get <30 with no jitter to League of Legends for example.

The pingplotter doesn't help unless you screenshot the whole thing.
As for the other data... the WinMTR trace is only partially there, but the parts that are there only show network latency spikes of 178ms. The problem I see is that it was a short trace (less than a minute). Was this WinMTR trace running at the same time as the graph in-game shows? Because the in-game latency shows higher latency (up to 224ms) but that's not showing in the network trace. This leads me to 2 different ideas. 1: The trace was not run at the same time as the in-game screenshot was taken 2: You have an issue in addition to network latency (like perhaps your CPU load). The FPS and Frame Time graphs don't seem to agree as much on the resource issue side of things. Let us know more details, and it would also help if you captured a longer WinMTR (300 packets or so). Just let WinMTR run in the background while playing Path of Exile. Should run around 5 minutes or so. If it still hasn't captured a latency spike or problem in that time, you can either keep it running, or start a new one and let it run for around the same time, etc (I'd just recommend to keep it running). Post the results and we can look a little deeper into something. As it is now, I don't actually see a problem in the trace for 220ms+ latency. | |

Have to wait for it to actually happen again. But there's still large packet loss and its coming from my isp's routing and not ggg's servers. But i'm not seeing any jitter in other games during these times.

Here's winmtr log while playing.
This isn't as bad as it was last night, but there's still massive amounts of jitter up to 100+ ping according to the ingame graph. I mean its still playable and all but at the really bad times it jumps to 200+ instead of 100+ and I'm not comfortable playing HC with spikes like that. Also this only happens from around 7-8pm to midnight. My pings a stable 30-40 outside of these specific hours. That latest WinMTR shows the problem starting at your router

Can't do it to LoL because they seem to block pings and tracerts. The ingame ping indication in LoL has been a constant 30, but they obviously don't have the graphs that POE does so it could still be a problem on my end. For posterities sake, here's a short (2min) Winmtr from AFTER the problem has subsided. It's 11:49PM right which is right around the time the issues cease. Ingame ping graph still shows jitter, but its from 28-40 rather than to 100+.
