Maybe a way to get the Vaal Fragments you want

First of all : this is pure speculation and need to be verified (with your help).

Now, all of you must have remarked that some fragments are easier to find than other, for example, the wiki says that Sacrifice at Midnight have a drop 12 times less often than Sacrifice at Dusk.

I have come to a theory that I need to test with your help :
Considering the name of the different fragments, I think their drop rate are simply related to the time : you have more chance to get a Sacrifice at Noon... at noon.
in order to test that properly, I would like to start a community log of Vaal Fragments found.
To participate, simply reply with theses information, one line per fragment :
- what fragment you found
- on which gateway (Europe/America/Australia)
- at which time (in your time zone)
- the time GMP (Europe) or PST (America/Australia)

If we can collect enough data, we might be able to determine :
- If it is actually time based.
- If it is based on the player's timezone, the gateway timezone, or a global timzone (regardless of the gateway).
- At which time you need to play in order to get the fragment you need.

In my experience, it's completely random.

Picked several midnights at completely random times by just spam running City of Sarn.

this idea was brought up awhile back right after the sotv patch and discredited. you can find quite a few posts about it with a forum search.
