Patcher download freezes at 9.07mb and gives a error.

I have recently got this error, once i start path of exile the download left is 28mbs and I start downloading.
However for some reason the download speeds are erratic, jumping from 0kb/s to 30kb/s but usually around 1-10kb/s. Once it slowly hits 9.07mb/s the client stops downloading and has 0kb/s. It comes up with the error " I tried running as Admin, booting with a different patch server, ran packcheck and even changed drives of where it is placed. But it still stops at 9.07mb/s and also when I boot with "--nopatch" it crashed POE. When I boot POE again it's still at 28mb despite downloading 9mb. Any solutions? Edit --> Well I put in "http://patch219.pathofexile.com:8095/patch/1.1.2.1/Art/Models/MONSTERS/IncaShadowMonster/rig.ast" to my browser and got the file to download, anyone know who to add this to the contents.ggpk? (found a way to open & replace files) " Edit 2 --> This was something from the client.txt

The installer was only downloading 26mb instead of 28 but it is still really slow even though my net speed is faster than 10-20kb/s but lots. Though it seems i might have to download/install the files manually. Download still freezes at exactly 9.07mb though... odd.
