Getting reply back from support

Hey how long does it usually take for GGG to reply to emails to support@grindingeargames ??? Usually they respond really quick or I see a character in act 1 normal standing there ready to help but cant get a hold of either...I've been trying for an hour but no luck. Take note this I'm from GMT+10 which is very close to when they should be at work.
