When entering new areas/portals/wps i get disconnected

When entering new areas/portals/wps i get ~ 1/5 chance of getting stucked on loading screen then main menu/login screen ( game is saved tough) still damn boring :/

My inet connection does NOT drop or anything.
This happens quite frequently. Sometimes 5 times in a row, like enter a portal -> main menu -> enter Wp -> main menu etc

Known issue?!
I talked with some people and this does not happen to them so often ,...

Any solution?
