I think that this item is that much OP that you could easely clear maps with that build

Yeah, the Hammer is amazing, but I wouldnt use it hardcore. Ele reflect = GG.
May be one of the few people who actually doesnt think it needs nerfing, it requires quite a lot and is easy for you to kill yourself with it Oblivious

" ^!!!!!!!!!!! Can't get stable 60+ (let alone 120) fps even with i7 4770k overclocked to 4.8Ghz at lowest settings. For those who don't know, PoE uses only single thread and the 4770k is currently the fastest (retail) cpu in terms of single thread performance. If my frames are dipping under 10 with top (consumer) components money can buy there is a real issue. My gpu (r9 290) runs at 65% tops.
