Do you have a 32-bit OS? That file should belong in %SysWOW64% in a 64-bit windows.

I have a 32 bit operation system
Even if you fixed the MSVCP100.DLL error, it still wouldn't play Path of Exile.

The x1200 is just way too old and doesn't properly support Pixel Shader Model 3.0 which is required to run Path of Exile.

The minimum card listed is the x1950, and even that one is hit or miss depending on the manufacturer and driver versions.
I fixed it, but I get number of errors on launch of the game
1)The D3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released.
2)Failed resetting Direct3D device objects.
3)DXUTCreateDevice failed

I cant play?

That is correct.. The D3DX errors are related to the lack of support for PSM 3.0

With that card, you cannot play Path of Exile. If you want to play, you need a better system with a more recent card that supports PSM 3.0 at minimum (FULL support).
Thanx!
