increased cast speed does is not an affix for gloves. and fyi - rings can only spawn the lowest tier of cast speed (5-7%, ilvl 2). if that's mandatory, i don't have much in that department... i dunno, hard to say/depends. the chest is probably doudle digits, the gloves are probably 3 ex-ish, the helm's appx 1 ex. not quite sure about the boots, the belts should be kinda cheap.
