Mjolnir only procs lightning gems socketed in the mace itself. You really need a second weapon for single target attacks.

" while ur statement is correct, did u ever play RF build? its not like this build would sacrifice a lot of RF damage to use mjölner, single target dps should be fine. still think this is the most promising use for mjölner, all those lightning striker COE guys have less single target DPS with more expensive equipment | |

that is actually pretty good, my arc dps is 2.8k there with both is 5.6k, u proc 15 time per lightning strike with it and the RF to boost the arc dmg from the spell dmg rf gives. It is a lot more fun then running around killing shits and stuff.
