how to craft a block pene gem?

does anyone know now?

I haven't seen the gem linked anywhere yet and I've been trying various support gem combos in the vendor, but so far no luck. We only know it's a dex/int support gem and can only be obtained through the vendor recipe. Things I've tried that didn't work:

-all 3 elemental penetration gems
-pierce + tempest shield/shield charge/added chaos
-just about every other green or blue support gem I could find
-various orbs with the various support gems
-every combination of the above + a shield/multiple shields/a sword

well thats funny GGG introduce a gem which so many ppl want and dont tell anyone how it works to obtain it lol... but thx for your work
