does this nodes(elder power cluster) increase EK dmg? (if im using wands ofcourse)

No, those increase wand attack damage, EK is a spell.

Nope, the dmg bonus is applied to the wand damage, not to spell casted by using a wand. Those nodes are useful if you use power syphon as main damage source.
