My Royal Frog is gone.

I bought him yesterday, and the game crashed after about 30 minutes of having him out. I check 'M' a couple hours later to summon him again because I got carried away with the game. He wasn't there.
I log out, etc - still no dice. I still have my Ice Crown, Lavender Effect, and the 150GGGC stash tab bundle I purchased. However my Royal Frog and the 50GGGC I spent on him is still missing. What gives? "Break the Chains of Fate that Bind you."

I can see the royal green frog in your microtransaction history when I look at your account, so it souhld be there. You should PM Support about this.

Erm.
Well it's Wednesday now. Still missing my Royal Frog. No word of any update from support. I haven't seen anyone else missing a pet, they are usually missing effects. "Break the Chains of Fate that Bind you."

Please be patient. Support are a small team, and currently have 398 messages to get through for lost microtransactions alone, as well as helping people with technical issues and other tasks. You'll be in that list somewhere, and they'll get to you when they can.
