So in Oriath this is happening..

Players go to prison for wanting their characters to acquire the first important passive skills like LIFE and armor 'before' going CI.
The new dictatorial regime in Oriath want players living on that part of Wraeclast to:

1. Learn Chaos Inoculation from first levels and be exposed to all non chaos damage monsters :S
2. Let your characters allocate their own nodes(With a big encouragement for choosing the path of CI and most of the time with very little knowledge) on Oriath leveling schools.


If any player oppose this and want to protect his char who has just been deprived from his leather belt benefit because of stupid rule, life = 1; Well he can't and two things happen:

1. The player has to give Chaos orbs or be put on probation.
2. While the character is still between first node and CI node, he has neither Life/armor nor CI because CI is still far away. The character is exposed to chaos damage monsters who only like to damage low level chars they are aka 'odep' : oppressing demonic extra plagues.

Dude CI is more than legit, it is necessary and it gives great pleasure. CI + chaos damage = bring more characters to PoE.
