How many endurance charges?

say you have 3 endurance charges and 90% phys reduction and 75% elemental reduction. Is there ever a reason to spec more endurance charges?

No.

Well, there is still a reason to get them. If you plan on using your endurance charges to buff up a group and have either conduit or an item enchantment that lets you share endurance charges it might be beneficial to have a few extra. If you never plan on playing with friends/other people then no.
