This is exactly what i am running. I been useing it in nemesis and invasion league and still have not died with him.
One could say its a build close to that of a Groundslam marauder. You have two attacks Groundslam and heavy strike (very oldschool)?? so for this build we have cyclone and double strike very stright forward. mass hp, endurance charges and a few dps nodes.

But for guides you dont need one because its so easy to leavel and run. Cyclone kicks in around level 24 so use ground slam or sweep to that point.
