Prioritise connection to specific IP

Trying to prioritise my IP to have priority between my household, what's the best way to do this?
Been googling and still am at the moment trying to find something. Found a few pages with using the QoS setup in the router but my router has different settings compared to the ones I've been finding Router I have is http://www.dlink.ir/en/ADSLModem/WirelessADSLRouter/DSL_2640U Master Lagger

QoS is correct, but this is not the place for that type of help. That has nothing to do with PoE software or account.
I'm sure there are forums out there that discuss that router (or something similar) and how to configure the QoS. | |
