Some of them are, some aren't. There's many streams with key giveaways. Just watch the forums and IRC and they show up. I was kind of disappointed with Starcraft42's stream giveaway. I understand how game-related trivia seems like a great way to see who gets a key but a lot of us simply don't want to read anything about the game and experience it and explore it all by ourselves when we finally get our hands on it. Basically people pick a random number and he generates one.. whoever get's the closest wins! IDK if he changed this because of some feedback or not.
