Minor: Fullscreen Windowed mode not starting at full resolution

When I start the game in Fullscreen Windowed mode, it doesn't use my desktop resolution. It starts at 1280x960 instead of the 1280x1024 of my desktop.
To 'fix' this, I just have to go into Options, select Windowed mode, change the resolution to anything, switch back to Fullscreen Windowed, and then click Apply/Save.
