Tipps on the loading screen

Hi,

I noticed 2 minor issues on the tipps on the loading screen.

1- They do not take in consideration the keys that are remapped. They seem to be pure string, which means that for someone (like me) who remapped part of the keys, I have to remember the original configuration each time I read them...

2- ...when I have the time to read them at all. It would be interesting to have an option to allow the user to wait on a key entry to continue once a screen is loaded. It is awesome that the maps load that fast, but in the other hand I have not enough time to read the tipps.
