what is spell critical and what passive can increase the chance?

I find that there are critical chance,critical chance for spell and global critical chance in skilltree

which passive can improve spell critical chance?or just all of them?and what is the effect for spell critical?
also in multiplier ,the same?
and how can I know how big that chance?ths

global and Spell crit improve the spell crit chance
global and spell crit multiplier improves the spell dmg you do with criticals
