No sound driver detected

Having the same issue. Restarting the game helps though, but its a nuisance.

Same problem. It was introduced one or two patches back, and it could be related to alt-tabbing while the game is loading. I'm using the stand-alone client. A full restart usually solves the issue.

if i start poe on steam it works fine.

Yep i have this problem too.
Restarting the client works for me.

I think this may have something to do with my constant alt-tabing from the game to the second screen while loading the game and "mute when in background" option but this is only my theory.

It is not necessarily a problem with the game, although it had issues with sound, I had it too with my creative sound card but no longer have it. Both your headphone and on board sound drivers are outdated, please update them. When updating anything that is integrated onto your motherboard, like your realtek sound card, never ever use the motherboard's homepage as drivers there are ALWAYS outdated..get everything from the company that made your hardware!

Still happening and more frequently, cmon ggg fix please? This is beyond old!!!
