Marauder 2 handed PvP builld *Help*

I'm currently very fresh to the game. But i wanted a Marauder pvp build based around wielding a 2 hander, but at the same time having alot of uptime on players. As in being able to leap or charge towards them with a fast pace.

I would like to know at wich level this kind of build is at it's best. Or even if it's viable or not.

Can anyone help me with this kind of pvp build? Or send me into the right direction? Or if you're feeling really nice; make a build that represents this =) ?
