Please Pray For My Internet Connection

Guys, my internet has been out for NINE days. I was hoping that it'd be fixed by now, but our ISP is awful and since calling them to ask for help clearly doesn't do anything, could you guys possibly send some positive geek energy this way to get my internet working again before the patch goes live?

I will cry if it's still busted later tonight :'C

I live in South Africa and all of the smaller ISPs run on the same line owned by the major one. It's pathetic as hell :'( We changed ISP last year but clearly that didn't help because of what I mentioned before :(
