The only exception to that would be : Aegis Aurrora.
It makes people want to play with kiting with Energy shield recovery obsolete on those maps, any build that wants to rely on regen through ZO instead of doing like everybody else = GR obsolete also.

This does the exact opposite of promoting build diversity, because it makes everyone go to using leech( or LGoH for some builds, that's not available for ES though ).
