I've just ask him, he use a third party counter to see who will bee the 200th. Someone have win because he is now at 205 sub.

Could we get a link to his youtube page? Also, since reached 200 subs, how do the other 3 winners come about?

There are currently 208 subscribers so I don't want to ruin my chances of winning a key by subscribing without knowing what the next number is.
