unable to connect to patching, login, or instance server

Hi, I played the game for the last six weeks without an issue. In the last 24 hrs I am getting one of the following errors
-unable to connect to patching server -unable to connect to login server -failed to connect to instance Here is a trace route to the server. Hi haze0,
Sorry to hear you're having this trouble, hopefully we can get this fixed up for you. If you're able to please try changing to Google's DNS servers to see if this helps. Let us know how it goes, cheers. Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Haze, boot into safe mode (hit f8 immediately after the bios screen goes away) see if it can connect then.

I tried the safe mode, but poe would not run because it "Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices" | |

The problem resolved itself! The last thing I did was updating the firmware of the router. It did not help yesterday, but today things are back to normal.

I seem to have encountered the exact same problem, at an awkward randomality.
been playing for months, not it just goes on and off for the past day, -Cant connect to Patching server - cant connect to login server - crash on instance very random, trying opening ports on router, updating all driver, completely removed my firewall and my AV. nothing seem to work. |
