Azloki's Ultimate Righteous Fire (105,000 DPS) PVP+PVE

Untitled

NOT sure if I should publish the build yet because if I do I am sure that certain gear price will inflate at least 3~5 times the current price. I will leave some parts blank. Leave your comments see what I should do next.

2/4/2014 : Added Reasons for the guide
2/12/2014 : Added Custom Gears

Reasons for the guide:
Spoiler

The following content wholly presents personal view:

There are plenty of guides in this forum about Righteous Fire(RF), but all of them are missing the main point of playing it.
They are all misdirecting readers to a wrong path.

RF has too much limitation in PVE. You are less productive in maps with -x% maximum Player Resistances / Blood Magic / Life, Mana and Energy Shield 50% slower / 0% regenerate Life or Mana / Vulnerability. That is at least 30% chance having a map with one of them.

The low on self-sustain due to the lack of life leech is also the main issue why RF are less competitive than other builds in PVE. I can simply make a Facebreaker and deal at least 80,000 DPS with at least 15% life leech, much tough at a much lower cost, and less limitation in maps.

Therefore, if you truly want to unleash power of the RF, PVP is what we should focus on. Arena is where RF shines and is where people call us, OP.

And as always, if you are good at PVP, PVE is a piece of cake for you.

Briefing about me:
Spoiler
Been playing the game since closed beta, so as the build.
As you can see there are enough introduction about the build in the forum but mine typically deals more damage and substantially much tougher. My winning rate in PVP is close to 90%. Very few builds can win against me.

~85,000 DPS PVP
~105,000 DPS PVE

Fire Resist 101:
Spoiler

5% max fire resist from Purity Fire lv 20 + Empower lv 3 + Alpha's Howl
8% max fire resist from Phoenix
75% fire resist from gears
4% from passive skill
= 92% Fire Resist

This is the highest you can find in the forum. The other guides are 90% or less.

Spoiler
Lv 26 Purity of Fire Does not provide 6%

Very few people understand the powerful of this weapon.
And as I said if I talk about this weapon, the price of it will flip over and over.
Here is why the weapon is powerful.
It is 1 hand weapon and for 8 every strength, you get 1% more damage, which is very similiar to redbeak but now you dont need to put youself to low hp.
Here is the thing, 800 str = 100% more damage, 1600 str = 200% more damage.
Not the mention str gives 1 hp per 2 str.
800 str = 400 more hp and if you go with 300% hp increase, that is 1600 more hp.
Now, what makes it even stronger is its +30 lv iron will.
Which makes it a 4L gear.
Substantially, if you use EK + Auras, you have the potential of dealing 15K + DPS and your RF damage.

Why do you really want to run a lvl 3 empower for purity of fire when a lvl 2 empower is just enough to push purity of fire to level 23 with alphas howl.

Also the passive node gives 2%, not 4%

As the title says it is ultimate, everything goes for the highest if possible.
If you are poor run the lv 2 empower it is fine.
Passive nods do give 4% or even 5% max resist, and I did not specially say it is from only 1 node.

If you dont want to share those usefull items then why make a guide? don`t get me wrong but right now this isnt a guide since we miss half of the stuff
If you're going to make a guide, please post the details - otherwise, you're just showing off microtransactions and gear.

He's achieved another 4% to maximum fire resistance through the use of aura effect nodes. Since level 23 Purity of Fire gives 5%, +40% aura effect will do the job. The reason you don't see players do this often is because it requires all of the relevant nodes in the Sovereignty cluster and either the Influence cluster or the aura effect nodes near Leadership and Iron Grip. In other words, he's gained 92% fire resistance (rather than 91%) at the expense of running all across the tree to get it.

If he's gone for Unwavering Stance, it might still be worthwhile, so my money is that he took the Leadership and Iron Grip aura effect nodes. He's definitely in the neighborhood to pick up Iron Reflexes and the Golem's Blood cluster.

Ultimately, I suspect this build is rather similar to Oro's with some more aura effect nodes at the expense of health or other supports. Even then, with only a few minor modifications, Oro's build will achieve ~105k DPS as well.

He's likely using Flicker Strike + Faster Attacks + Multistrike for PvP. It's pretty common among the RF users.

Did I miss anything? I'd be very interested in any novel solutions you've come up with.

Edit: I'll add on here rather than bumping this thread, then.

If it isn't Aura Effect nodes, it's buff effect. You could get 6% max fire res from the Inner Force cluster (and Holy Strength, because you can). The self-damage works out to about the same, but the benefit is that Vitality, Grace, and the RF spell damage buff are stronger.

With that setup and a level 20 Vitality gem, you'd only need a bit more than 6.4% regeneration from the tree to break even with only the Energy Shield the Rise of the Phoenix provides (or ~6.2% with a second level 3 Empower, since this is ultimate Righteous Fire build).

I'll take a stab and say that it looks something like this (breakdown here). Clearly, I'm missing some points, since a level ~82 character cannot be the ultimate PvPer. I may be missing some points in the Templar area or the Witch area.

Maybe he's capitalizing on that huge spell damage modifier from RF and is getting some spell damage-dependent effects in. The Projectile Weakness would certainly suggest that.

Like I said, I m not sure if I should share it.
In general the build is better than the other builds you can find in the forum.

Good guess but not close.
And I dont need to run across the map to achieve that 92% fire resist.

What a rubbish guide when 95% of the details are missing. Nice attempted show-off troll attempt. I think I'll go find a better guide from someone who is better.

"ULTIMATE", more like "Trash Tier"
I don't get the point of this thread. You got a great build you want to share but you don't want to share it ... seems a bit schizophrenic. Or maybe you just like the attention.
