characters missing?

when i logged in after crash, my characters were all wiped.
anyone else had that problem? in queue right now not sure if that was fixed. | |

I've had this happen from time to time - and saw a in game developer post about it - if it happens just keep logging out and back in until they come back.
Today it took me 4 tries before my char was back. | |

that's an awesome solutions when teh queue is 30k large
