HELP! Graphical problems making the game unplayable!

I just finished downloading the game and after making my character I entered the game. When I did I experienced serious image blurring, menus staying up after i close them, the screen dragging as I move and a few other things that make the game completely unplayable.

Here are my computer specs:
Toshiba Satellite L3305
Genuine Intel CPU 585 @ 2.16GHz
2 GB of RAM
32-bit Vista OS
Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I've tried various in-game settings (though I don't know what a lot of them do) and the problem persisted.

Please help! I'm really excited to play this game!!!

I think its problem with Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family. Many people have the same issues. Try to contact intel support.
