Cannot refund certain nodes

If you go to the start, progress to the first 'might' node and then go to the right towards the 'agility' and 'armour and evasion', you will see that from the 'leather and steel' node I progress towards the dexterity node. This node is unrefundable. The same goes for the next 2 desterity nodes in my path. Please fix it because being unable to refund these nodes is ruining my build big time :D Beyond league.

That is not a bug. If you could remove those nodes you would have no connection from your starting point to the nodes you took on the right. Your entire build has to be connected.
