[1.1.4] 5 aura EB AA Piscator's burning power siphon dps 60k by Donaldgo (video)

It's one of the best ele wands that I know but if you want to use Elemental Proliferation then
not.It has cold damage.
To crit or not to crit ?
Managed to put in a fifth aura today. Elem resist until i get resistance on gear to trade it for evasion or armor. Got the last 5% reserv node at the scion so i still can use my skellytank totem :) so max resist and still going like a machine.

Dps is 6k with iir and iiq linked to my wand. Goes up to 9 k if i put in the elem damage gem.

(Mistly typing to let the thread live)
I am currently doing pretty decent with mine as well. 5600dps without charges and just under 9k with. Vaal PS higher than that. PS is only 5 linked as that's all I have currently. Almost have enough for an alpha's howl so that should be an upgrade as well. Sitting just over 3k HP but reserving 500 of it with blood magic on clarity so I can run all 4 auras.

I'm not sure if I incorrectly leveled AA or what but I can't sustain it anymore if actively running and shooting. Also need to remove warlords mark for projectile weakness since I doubt warlords mark is really even helping me. I'm enjoying it though, about to hit 79. Just can't do no regent maps haha!

1. Warlords mark is useless (physical leech)
2. You can BM gem for no regeneration map!
Thanks for the tips. I was pretty sure about that with Warlord's Mark. I was also giving Decoy Totem a try on a CWDT but I dont think it was really helping me at all. I chromd my windscreams a bit and came up with this setup. Gonna give it a shot and see how I like it...

Also, here is the rest of my gear currently. Almost at the point I can get my Alphas.

update video and using Piscator's Vigil Tornado Wand
After watching your videos etc, I can say only 1 thing: This build is nowhere near both usual ele and phys wanders. Clearspeed ain't too bad (is neither fast though), but you're like glass cannon without insane dps (what is kinda required for term "glass cannon") :) Playstyle must be nervracking since u gotta avoid everyting (yeah, otherwise u will die so quickly).

Also another question for everybody discussing in this thread: Why on earth u are building crit-based build without using Maligaros...? Totally misunderstood that.
Another thing @OP: Why are u taking critmulti nodes instead of critchance? Makes no sense really ;)

Thanks for your question.

(1) Indeed, this build or the others of PS are still inferior to "Shav + crown" build.
(2) The defense status only depend lv20 AA. I have no armor and evasion. Because hybrid armor is too expensive. As you see, elemental resistance is no problem, but physical defense is a weak point for those huge physical damage monster. A resolution way is to equip Lioneye shield for more physical defense in previous video shown.
(3) Yes, Maligaros gloves are op. I have several pairs in my stash. Sometimes, I will change them for alternative choice.
(4) If you ever played such critical build, you may understand the critical multiplier is very important for more dps. Cri chance > 60% is enough. In this build, increased critical damage gem is almost as powerful as weapon elemental damage gem.

1) I wasn't talking about CoE+Shavs wander :) Usual no-crazy-priced-uniques ones are still far ahead of this one. AA is totally not worth that mana usage since it doesn't provide real defense against phys damage. Also half regen/no regen maps probably are impossible with this build since of having no defense at all.
2) Well from what I've seen even low phys dmg monsters are a trouble for ya, so...
3) Still don't get why u ain't using them permanently :)
4) If u'd had more experience, u would understand that pretty much in every single rpg game CC>CritMulti :) I am playing usual ele wander myself, with 90+ Critchance (no insane gear or anything), nuking whole screen in 1-2 hits. 60% Critchance ain't enough really. 80% CC is pretty much ALWAYS better than 45% CritMulti (it only doesn't when u're already near 100% CC) ;) For that CC, Multi is really very important. Another thing, ele wanders cannot rate or even name their dps only by numbers, shock, ignite status do non-tooltip dps increase. Also RoTP for such build is like worst-shield ever. Lioneyes Remorse gives more survivability, but still, decent archon is always better.

Because of critical cold damage sucks. It will reduc the burning chance.

That's not true ;) Chill has no effect on ignite/burn.

frozen mobs cannot be ignited!

Not true aswell. Same reason: Chill/Frozen status has no effect to ignite/burn chance. There's even an achievement called "Elemental Trinity" (http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Achievement) which denies your statement.

Thank u for suggestion. Can u post video/dps/gear/build? I really want to know how to improve my PS wander with current gears.
