Season Six, Event 41: 1 Hour Descent Champions

Please click this link if this is your first race event. A guide has been posted here which covers general aspects and strategies of racing. You are able to read up information regarding Descent: Champions events here Dead characters will still be able to receive reward points in Descent: Champions events. Top Prizes: The overall top player by experience will receive 3 Reward Points. The top 20 players of each class by experience will receive:
Prizes for reaching specific levels:
Alternate Prizes: The following are awarded to all players to complete them, not just the first.
Full-clear Prizes: The first player to kill all of the monsters in any of the following areas will receive:
Random Prizes: Each Reward Point you earn in this race counts as a ticket in a random draw for one of the following items:

Not the most amazing weapon, but that 8% total life leech sure did allow for some massive pulls. Also pretty helpful vs the final boss.

no slegde until lvl 20, when i was in fucken rasping ppl was on stormy legde. Not found freezing chamber of course. Total fun

got gravius down to 20%, overestimated glacial dps on him so i ran out of time. other than that, the usual no weapon for class rng + not finding through the early zones cost me 10min atleast. freezing chamber was on opposite side which it usually is

At last the Topaz Flask safed my ass in innerhalls level 3 several times against powercharge arcers, deadly arcers and two rooms full of arcers. | |

Made it to 2º ranger, so close. Nice crafted bow, rings and amulet btw, 0 mana problems. I would made it to the 1st if I had better luck with boots (I have to admit that I forgot to craft any XD):

I can't believe I made it this far with this equipment.
bow was total crap, glove and boots were not really better, body armor was OK when I was level 6 ... I was 14 by the end of the event, I think that's the first time I'm this high after 1 hour I also encountered not one, but TWO f*cking rogues. chance was, it was at low level, so I managed them without too much hassle. just feeling like I was wasting time. I'm also beginning to be good at managing loot. so I didn't waste too much time comparing items ... (that's no small feat when you see the loot given by an exile) I fought against rukuku and the brute. killed them both for the second time. I really don't like fighting the brute. he's like brutus on steroids. I can't even outrun him ! can't wait for the next :P Everytime I yank a jawbone from a skull, then ram it in an eyesocket, I know I'm buildin' a better future !
