Turbo

All monsters in leagues with this mod will run, attack and cast 60% faster than normal.
90 min race at 11PM. Great time for GMT+1 racers. Seems that in season 6, GGG has spread a bit the race schedule. I see also races at 8PM, 10PM, etc. Very nice. Thank you GGG for listening the EU community's requests.

A good starting guideline to follow is don't stop to kill minor enemies, and go as far as you can as fast as you can. Once you get to a point where you are doing that too much and are barely able to kill Brutus, then you found a good balance. After that, same deal, hunt for magic/rare monster packs or any groups of enemies that you can 1 shot or without having to stop moving depending on your style/build. Also if you aren't a pure caster, then from the start your goal as far as gear goes should be to acquire magic rustic sashes, whetstones, and the higher tier of weapon type for your build over lvl 8. That recipe should be all you'll need for the duration of all the short-term races. Dont forget to save "superior" weapons you find until you either have 40% worth or find a whetstone, just in case you never find a whetstone.
