Its a Death's Oath chaos damage build viable?

I know that Death's Oath its cool for phys dps because the attackspeed plus life leech but i can't find some build arround the chaos damage.

Maybe with 2 Ming's Heart plus chaos damage nodes?

I'm thinking in a build for my new character and i want to play DO but i dont know how to build it arround the chest.

Last time in town I was trying to sell something, some Russian player proposed a BO for it. Once I accepted his party demand, I been tricked and discovered I was in PVP with him :/.

Since I was sitting in town without pvp gear, he just ran around me with death oath and killed my 94 in 30 sec with his lvl 80 using running away tactics (my character is a facebreaker and without bear trap I can t do shit in such situation).

I guess death oath is good for pvp against life based toons.

I also once possessed death oath, and I seen to farm low level area its great. Just put +300 iir on yourself and run around low level merciless to get loot.

Yep the low lvls mobs will easily die against the area but i dont know if its usefull in a high lvl maps.

In pvp looks nice also, all people runs low chaos resist usually.

Nah, Deaths Oath is more soo an item to eat away at mobs health while flicker striking around/or whatever you want to use with it, thats about it. You cant build around it cause youll never get enough Chaos to buff it high enough to the point where itd defeat using a skill.

450 Chaos DPS (especially with no chaos resistance) is going to be rough to deal with in PvP though.

If you don't mind jumping through hoops, sure you can build around it.

75% chaos resist means you'll be taking around 112 damage a second from the debuff, which means on top of having a lot of 30% chaos resist gear, you need to put a lot of work into getting a high life total + HP regen rate.

Then to balance it offensively, there's all those DoT and chaos damage nodes, I've seen builds that get around 200% increased damage for the DoT, that's around 1,300 DPS.

Not a tremendous boost when it's not all that hard to hit 10k+ dps, but I imagine it's immensely helpful in quickly clearing out trash mobs, not to mention being able to slowly work on dangerous bosses from a safe distance.

I can run CI to ignore the drawback or just life regen (like a righteous fire character) but then i cant run the rings (30% less ES its hard to beat)

Mortem morsu its viable HE game weapon? maybe with some permastun build?

I'd suggest using blood dance in conjunction with it untill you get to like 4k HP, after that the 3.5% duelist regen nodes will easily outregen the dot.

Thats better than CI? and any suggestion for the main damage skill? I'm really lost about how to build arround this chaos damage.

Full attack speed with frenzy and added chaos damage? Reave?

you cant properly build around the chaos dmg of oath .... its a gimmick.

I cant run a build with decent chaos damage with things like wings of entropy , added chaos damage and the rings linked before? :( or maybe le houp of all?
