An unexpected disconnection has occurred

Likewise. I just started playing PoE for real yesterday, and I keep getting "unexpected disconnections" about every 20 minutes. Frustrating when I keep getting sent to town.

I can assure you it is not my firewall and I don't have any AV. My ISP is rock solid as well.

are u guys using charter by chance? i know they just "upgraded" there systems to the whole charter spectrum thing...wonder if thats the cause somehow....btw problem is also effecting me happend cpl days ago

I don't have right now a complete WinMTR test, but there is something I've noticed by doing a lots of them: as soon as I start a WinMTR test, a couple of networklayer.com servers report a very high packet loss (between 30% and 50%). As the test goes on, their packet loss goes down towards 1% (after 300+ packets sent).

First test:

Second test:

From time to time I'm able to play, but:
- with the european gateway I got a lot of lag spikes and game freezes (60ms-150ms latency)
- with the american gateway I can play quite smoothly (200ms-300ms latency)
