Can't Play with a certain character - An Unexpected Disconnection Occurred

Hello, I recently created a shadow type character. I log in, go to the character selection screen, and click play. The loading screen shows up, but after less than 30 seconds, it goes back to the log in screen. At the bottom of the log in screen it says "An Unexpected Disconnection Occurred." Looking at the log in Client.txt, I noticed that the last log line says "Connecting to instance server at ###.###.###(some ip number)."

The weird thing is, I created another character to see if it had the same affect, but I was able to log in no problem over and over again. Here is the log for logging in with that character:

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
