Unable to install

I downloaded the installation package today, but I've been unable to get it to run. Every time I try, I get an error saying that core.cab is corrupt. I'm on Win7, and I tried the "Troubleshoot compatability" option but that doesn't work either. I've also tried downloading a fresh copy but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? Is the installer package corrupt?
