Help pls with first build

I am still currently downloading the game but I don't want to jump into it aimlessly
any advice for my first build would be greatly appreciated :)

this is what I have come up with as a duel-wield build

Mainly based around huge life / regen pool, speed and huge crits.

Would this be a viable build?
