he is correct... if one mob is frozen it spreads to the rest. taking advantage of the lowest mobs hp. its the purpose of elemental proliferation. its working as intended despite any other argument that has been presented.

What about proliferate change, that the effect would downscale with every yard from the target with initial effect.

- melee range from target -> 100% effect
- mid range -> 50% effect

taking in consideration the rarity of the mob to downscale the effect even further.

Because let's ruin shock/burn based builds because of a single over-buffed skill?

With the way mechanics currently work, rares and magics are already less effected by status effects. Making the effect weaker based on distance would make elemental proliferation as a support worthless.

PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!
