Item Lost Due to Server Crash

After only something like 30 seconds I found a unique item (Stone of Lazhwar, the Amulet to be precise) the 'server crashed' (as the in-game announcement stated). Then when I logged in, the amulet was gone.

Characters are saved to the server at an interval, so anything that happened between the save and the server crash will be lost, sorry! We have no way to recover this information.
