Ok I bought the azure weapon effect I wanna know if it is a one time use or not?

The item is reusable (by clicking the "Reclaim Effect" button in your MT stash).
I don't think you can use it on multiple weapons (or across characters) at the same time, but it only takes two clicks to unbind it. | |
