Weaver does not drop spike

Hello,

I am in Act 2 Cruel on the default league with my character Kamijo. No matter how many times I kill the Weaver she won't drop the spike so I can't progress. I have made sure that I have the quest and talked to all relevant persons in town. This was during the servers having issues so I don't know if that caused it.

I don't know what you guys did but it dropped now, thanks! :)

Im stuck at act 2/3 i finish all qs in act 1 and 2...but now i dont have any quest for act 3...i was in town in actt 2 100 times but nothing no more qs...
