Lost 2 respec points

I had just completed the Fetid Pool quest, and was getting ready to receive my two respec points for my reward, and then the server crashed all of a sudden. When I relogged in, I didn't get my two points, and the quest was already completed. Is there any way to get the points back? Otherwise my character will forever be weaker than others. Thanks (My username that I lost the points on was named "Defiber")
