Bugged quest. Shadow of Vaal

It says talk to Eramir but i don't see any quest icon and when i talk to him nothing happens. The quest also highlights the forest encampment, so i am in the right place.
I can't progress further because of this. IGN: DOITRIGHT

You need to complete Eramir's quest or one of the bandit lord quests first.

Yeah i completed the bandit quest afterwards and the quest is still bugged.

The person you gave all the bandit amulets to should offer it to you. Code warrior

Ahh i had to talk to that bandit. He gave me the Apex. The quest should be much clearer though.
