Disconnected, relogged, characters are gone???

Happened to me as well but I got my character back!
I tried logging in 4 times and my character was gone. On the fifth try I restarted game and let it sit on the login screen for a few minutes and then logged in. It worked, my character was back! | |

Restarted the game, and it works... uhh was scared for a moment there xD

Same problem here... And my character just turn back after I have logged in on Europe server, and then re-logged in on America server. Maybe this could help.

We're working on the problem that caused this server crash now! No characters will have been lost, they'll just be unable to display until the servers are all back online!
