DISCHARGE: the DEX and STR version

Hi, i thought that since INT casters have their way to consume all charges in a powerful spell, it could be awesome to have a version of this working for ranged and melee attackers:

Discharging Shot: after a brief channel, shot a projectile (from bow/wand) wich consume all of your charged to increase its damage, similar to discharge but single target.

Discharging blow: melee version of the skill, concentrate all the power in a single blow to an enemy, fancy animations are appreciated.
