Act 2 End Boss quest bug.

As you can see in the picture, the boss is dead but it also says i don't have the apex to go through the door, i guess what happened was i killed the boss and died at the same time.. I thought i was going to be able to kill it and then it crit me, came back into the room loots on floor but get that message at the door.. tried to relog and it won't reset the dungeon for me either even after waiting 20+ minutes in town for possible reset.

Similar thing happened to me in hc. I didnt died, but somehow I was in town refilling flasks when my friends finished him.

I had this same issue, the solution is to go back to the bandit you aided and speak to them, he will give you the apex
