Happening with Oak and Kraitlyn so far, when I port because i'm going to die and I come back in, the option to kill him and the option to help him are greyed out... I fixed that by walking back out and in for kraitlyn and then talking to her and waiting, for oak I just wait a long moment and as soon as I moved I could help/kill him.
